Which plan should I choose?
Each store has unique needs. While many merchants decide on a plan based on feature requirements, these are the general guidelines we had in mind:
- Free Plan: Designed for stores with basic needs that want to try out first before choosing a paid plan.
- Plus Plan: Designed for stores that are starting to level up their compliance capabilities.
- Premium Plan: Designed for stores that have more complex needs such as custom script rules etc.
- Enterprise Plan: Designed for stores with sophisticated needs, more support and custom setup.
Can I cancel during the trial period?
Of course, you can cancel at any time during the 7-day trial period; after cancellation, no charges will be made.
How can I unsubscribe?
You can cancel your subscription on the plans page by selecting the free plan.
How billing works on the app?
You pay a monthly subscription to our app via Shopify app charges. We do not have any special charging model except the one that’s officially allowed and supported by Shopify.
What happens after my free trial ends?
Free trial allows you to experiment with our app before you commit to paying for our app. In this way there is a delay of the start of app's billing cycle by 7 days. After this period the billing cycle starts automatically. The app is billed on an independent, 30-day billing cycle from the Shopify's 30-day subscription billing period. All the charges and payments are processed by Shopify payment system.
Can I upgrade or downgrade plans at any time?
Yes, you are free to change your plan from our plans page anytime you want. Shopify handles all the changes on the transactions and charges.
Does my free trial limit my access to features?
No, the free trial allows you to experiment with our application before you commit to paying. The features for each plan are described in detail on the plans table.
What is the refund policy?
We have a 15-day refund policy for the last payment, no questions asked. So, if our Plans don’t meet your expectations, you can always go back to our Free plan, and we will refund you.

Our paid plans provide many more features, priority support, hands-on assistance from our technical & design team and finally great performance.
